Everyone knows that home inspections are a major part of purchasing a home. What most Buyers don’t realize is how important it is to determine the Health of a Condo Association or HOA before they make an offer. This is as important as a home inspection. Don’t let your buyers become upset, After they buy, when they find out about the rules, rental caps, special assessments, etc. Be proactive – they’ll remember you for it!
You should know as much as possible about your community. Determine whether you have a strong organization, if not, find the problems and correct them. Then go out and Market your community and increase your resale values.
